This purchase is for used parts, F. O. B. Stockton, CA. All mechanical parts carry a 90 days replacement warranty unless otherwise specified. There is a 30 days replacement only warranty on electrical parts. No cash refund will be issued unless replacement cannot be made. I understand that labor or consequential costs, including shipping are not warranted, paid or refunded. All cores must be returned within warranty period to obtain a core refund. Unneeded parts or parts ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight. No warranty is transferable. All disputes will be between Stockton Auto Dismantlers and cardholder. I forfeit all rights to dispute these charges with my credit card company.
